When I can't sleep , usually I'll pick up the heaviest text books, full of works and read.. they are very good barbiturate .. fall asleep very soon

hehe...heavy textbook... if u cant sleep cuz it's exam tomorrow, sleep on the textbook, it will have direct data transfer to your brain...hehehe...
